Procedures for use of Suttons Bowls Club during Covid 19
PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING THE CLUBROOM
All persons entering the club now must sign in and out every time you visit using the record sheet provided.
This is a legal requirement and details have to be kept for 21 days and then destroyed.
Any guests of members must give full contact details to the bar staff.
All persons must sanitise their hands on arrival and at regular
intervals during your visit.
All Bowlers are requested to take equipment straight to the end of their allocated rink – Changing rooms must remain closed.
Please only sit in groups of permitted size.
Two Households can sit at the same table inside.
Up to 6 persons from any household can sit outside at one table, please remember to socially distance.
Please keep to the table you are sitting at, do not mix with other tables.
You may go to the bar to order a drink, but you are not able to stay there to drink it, your order will either be passed to you or
delivered to your table.
As we are not able to take card payments, we will accept cash.
When you order your drinks, a Bar Tab will be raised and kept behind the bar. This MUST be settled prior to departure.
Only the duty bar person/s of the day are permitted behind the bar.
There are to be no raised voices, singing or shouting.
Any person that have visited Suttons Bowls Club should immediately tell the club if they show symptoms or have been told to isolate due to COVID 19.
Should Government regulations be ignored by members or guests, the Management Committee reserve the right to refuse the use of facilities to those individuals.
